At Brightside Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital media services and content to our clients. Due to the nature of our work, including but not limited to creative services, digital products, consulting, and media strategy—all sales are final.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to Brightside Media are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital products and downloadable content

  • Marketing and media services

  • Consulting sessions

  • Subscription fees

  • Deposits and retainers

By purchasing from Brightside Media, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Service-Based Projects

For custom projects such as video production, branding, or content creation, we operate under a contract-based agreement. Clients are responsible for reviewing proposals and deliverables at each milestone. Once a project has been started or delivered in part or in full, no refunds will be granted.

3. Exceptions

Brightside Media does not offer refunds except in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent delivery of the purchased product or service, and only after all attempts at resolution have failed

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Brightside Media first is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide all supporting documentation, including proof that you agreed to this policy at the time of purchase.

5. Policy Agreement

By making a purchase with Brightside Media, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
